Kevin Swift is the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Gold Beach High School in Oregon. Gold Beach is a small rural school, but Swift has managed great success with limited students, finances and facilities.
Most coaches wish that they had more athletes, more money, more coaches, better facilities and better equipment. On this episode Swift discusses how he has built state champions in a small school setting, and shares real world examples of how you can do the same thing. His breadth of experience goes from Southern California college football coach to small school coach in Oregon.
